Yes, our pieces are thoughtfully designed for both everyday wear and special occasions. To maintain their beauty and longevity, we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or engaging in activities that may expose it to moisture or chemicals. Please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide for detailed care instructions.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in a dry, airtight pouch or box when not in use. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, cleaning agents, and other chemicals. Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Gently clean it with a soft, dry cloth after use.

Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, humidity, and certain chemicals. Tarnishing is a normal process and does not indicate poor quality. With proper care and regular cleaning, your jewellery can maintain its shine for years.

As many of our designs are one-of-a-kind pieces, we do not offer replacements or exchanges. Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged product. To initiate a return, please share clear photographs and an unboxing video highlighting the damage. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are 5–7 business days across India. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or message.
