Varkki 5-Day Replacement Policy
At Varkki, we are committed to offering a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations in terms of style, fit, or finish. To ensure your confidence in every purchase, we offer a 5-day replacement policy. This means you have five days from the date of delivery to raise a replacement request.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or simply not what you expected, you may request a replacement. To initiate the process, you must share a clear and complete 360-degree unboxing video. The video must be taken from the moment the parcel is opened, clearly showing the outer packaging, product, tags, and any visible issue. The unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests. Incomplete or unclear videos, or videos shared after the 5-day window, will not be accepted. Once you have the video, please send it along with your order ID to our support team via WhatsApp at +91 XXXX XX XXXX or email us at "comapny mail id".
The product being returned for replacement must be unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition. Once we receive the product and verify the issue, you will receive a replacement voucher within 7 working days. This voucher can be used to place a new order of your choice. If the product is found ineligible after inspection, the voucher will not be issued.
Please note that all shipping charges for the replacement process, including both reverse and forward delivery, will be borne by the customer. It is important to ensure availability during the scheduled pickup. Missed calls or unavailability may result in the cancellation of the pickup by the delivery partner. In such cases, the process will need to be re-initiated, which may delay the replacement. Additionally, in rare cases where your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, we may request you to ship the product to us through an alternate courier service.
Replacements are processed at the order level and not on a product-by-product basis. We do not accept requests for replacing individual products within a multi-product order. Any single item from a combo pack or gift box is also not eligible for separate replacement. Products purchased during promotional offers, contests, clearance sales, or special schemes are not eligible for replacement under this policy.
Please note that we do not allow order cancellations once an order has been placed. We request customers to review their selections carefully before confirming their purchase.
